Complaints

It is important that all parents, stakeholders and interested parties know how to raise a concern or complaint should they feel the need to. Our complaints procedure is not limited to parents or carers of children that are registered at the school. Any person, including members of the public, can make a complaint to Conquest School about any aspect of provision or services that we provide.
